According to a recent article A Word of Advice During a Housing Slump: Rent, featured on NYTimes.com, most argue that it's always a good time to buy, the solid return of investment, the tax incentives and of course the "American Dream," that so many strive to achieve. However, in recent years, that reasoning hasn't held true. For the first time in nearly 15 years, buyers have faced higher monthly costs than renters and have lost money on their investments.
